Astilbe 'Fireworks White'

Illuminate a shady space with a frothy fizz of white blooms! Astilbe 'Fireworks White' is so lavishly generous with its plumes of fluffy flowers once established, you can watch in awe every year as it erupts into a spectacular grand finale which lasts for weeks during summer. As with most false goat’s beard, these hardy perennials are enthusiastic even in the first year and will grow into high-impact plants quite quickly with very little effort. This more compact Astilbe 'Fireworks White' is great in a gap where space is more limited, or in containers.   

The lush leaves of Astilbe 'Fireworks White' make an attractive filler from late spring. Then, from mid-summer you’ll be treated to an avalanche of snowy-white blooms which form a summit above the foliage. Thriving in cool, damp conditions, this plant will be a highlight in a shaded or partially shaded area. Astilbes can also grow in a sunny spot as long as the soil doesn’t dry out in summer—they look lovely next to a pond or stream.
